Return Policy

SHIPPING | All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping is paid at the time the order is placed. For special shipping i.e. motor freight, next day air, etc, please call the office at 888.511.3200 for a shipping quote.

RETURNS | Not all parts are returnable. Custom made parts and special order parts (i.e. gaskets, strip curtains, etc.) are not returnable. Incorrect orders (i.e. wrong dimensions, incorrect profile, etc.) made by the customer cannot be returned/refunded. Errors made by A-Cent Tech will be replaced free of charge. A-Cent Tech will provide a call tag to return the incorrect item to the factory. The customer has 30 days to return the product or they will be charged for that product.

Unwanted parts should be returned within 30 days A-Cent must first be notified before returning a part. Please have your order number ready upon calling A-Cent will issue a returned materials authorization number (RMA#). Shipping is nonrefundable. A restocking fee up to 50% may be applied to all returned items. Any returned parts issued COD or freight collect will be refused.

CANCELLATIONS | To cancel an order you must contact customer support at 888.511.3200 as soon as possible. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled and will have to follow the returned parts policy.

REFUNDS | Refunds on returned parts or canceled orders will be issued minus applicable fees (e.g. restocking) within 10 business days.

MINIMUM ORDER | We have a $10 minimum order to help cover costs. This does not include freight.

PAYMENTS | All payments must be made in full at time of order. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.  All prices are subject to change without notice. Please call for the most current price.

SALES TAX | Our company has offices in the state of Nevada. From a sales tax perspective, a permanent, physical presence in a state establishes a condition known as “nexus.” We are required to collect sales tax in the region where the company has nexus.
